Diffuse coronary artery disease refers to partial or complete obstruction in the coronary vessels throughout their length. To achieve complete revascularization, coronary artery endarterectomy (CE) coupled with CABG is a preferred method.

This procedure ensures excellent mid-term survival rates and graft patency rates. Significant clinical improvement is obtained with both on-pump and off-pump surgery.
